This style is a little difficult for those who have never dont this, but it isn't impossible!

Since it's Summer now, I figured that it would be a nice style to cool down with :)

Do you have to use hair spray?

@SnowFox211 it helps to hold the tease in place. I tried it without hairspray and it was very loose and the form fell out.
