This is the first draft of the google idea project.
My idea is to have a database with first names and telephone numbers ONLY.
(Of course entering the data base would be extremely personalized so that you are receiving calls from compatible people. Entering in only the available times you would like to be phoned, and filling out personality tests, etc. The duration of the phone call would be 1-4 minutes and can consist of anything that might make people smile (stories, folktales, song etc.), the conversation must include the words, "hope you have a great day." The importance of this idea is that it is completely anonymous- and that it is important to understand that we enjoy making others smile, even complete strangers. In fact, you can detect a smile through the phone and it impacts whether you smile or not. Its about giving and receiving. It's a slight surprise and something to look forward to.
