Kei's Day 3 - 16:00 mission objective 2 in 01:51:36.

As you can see, the crawlers on this level can smack you around in a large variety of ways. If all the hits were 'weak' and you'd get knocked forward instead of backward, you'd save a lot of time, but as it's random...

I probably didn't need to close the door to imprison the crawlers, so lets just say it was for comedic effect.

EDIT: I tried leaving the door open, and it turns out that the crawlers have a tendency to disperse randomly and cause lots of damage to your run, f.e. in getting past Mina. So imprisoning them is not only for the comedic effect, it's also useful. You can still probably pass the speedrun without doing it, though.

That had to be one of the funniest things I've seen in Siren. Trapping that whole swarm of crawling bastards in the tunnel just by closing the door behind you. XD

The map was useful. You just had to know that pressing a button (I think triangle) reoriented the map so the top was where you were facing.

But yeah, it's still a really infuriating game. It's also one of the best games ever made. What a conumdrum!
