You are trying way to hard. This is one of the easiest songs to cover because Mike's vocals are a bit lower but so powerful. Try playing the same chords capoed to the 3rd fret. Tune that guitar also. Keep working on your music.

The guitar is not out of tune at all. It sounds as it's being played with out the capo. It is an interesting version, not everyone can sing like Mike Ness. It's very well done!
