Spiritual israel "are" the spiritual jews that God will save. There's no way to know who the physical jews are, but the ones who call themselves jews are claiming to be so by being blood descendants of abraham. This isn't true because the blood jews were dispearsed all over the world, and nobody but probably some no there identity. How can you call yourself a jew when you don' believe in christ as being lord and savior? Faith in the works of Christ and obediance is evidence

@msmelancholy1 - based on ALL scripture in context - I can't agree. The body of Christ is not another word for Jerusalem. This would be a very long conversation.
The main thing to note is the differences...Peter's good news compared to Paul's.
Inheritances are different, walking by faith today, not by sight is different (Jews required a sign) etc - there's a lot you're missing.
