  • Epic win. Now all we need is for every nation to have similar rulings. Let's see to it David Miscavage is behind bars by 2020!

  • Hopefully Little Davey will be behind bars sooner than 2020, I would like him locked up 2010 then I will be able to see my daughter that I havent seen for 10 years.

  • $cientology will die out. It's just a matter of time. With things like the internet, $cientology is being exposed for what it is piece by piece and there's not a thing they can do about it.

  • I wish Americans didn't keep saying "continue on"!! It's either "carry on", or "continue". "Continue on" means "carry on-on". It doesn't make sense.

  • guilty of fraud says it all

  • 3:11 she's so happy inside hearing this news.

  • It won't be long till they fall. $cientology, what a joke, a laughable site to behold. But it's really not a laughable matter when you read about their past dealings with people and what they're capable of. Cudos to France.

  • It's a shame they changed the law, it would have been a real good example for every one to see, but a small win is still a win.

  • ???

  • $cientology is a fraud.

  • I said 2020 because you KNOW he'd appeal that shit until the coffers run dry. I figure 10 years of legal battles is as much as they can take at this point.
