Mr. Weiner seems to be more interested in giving his primitive opinion on a complex issue and putting on a theatrical display to please his constituents than he does in asking questions that bring out informative responses from oil executives.

@demmmmm1 lol.. 'coming to an end' as in the entire left-right political charade/governments/worldwide economies/time will be completely collapsed by the end of 2012 as the light energies increase & prison planet earths 3rd dimension implodes, its over for the darkness that has ruled earth for thousands of years

@BabybooR33 What do you mean, 'coming to an end?' You think Repub control of the House is going to change anything? Well, I guess they might have to actually DO something, but other than that, same old, same old - they'll continue on w/trickle down and nothing will trickle down. They'll continue to demonize minorities and the poor. They'll continue to apologize to BP and will work to cut education, SS, Medicare, etc. Repubs are scum. Sorry.

@demmmmm1 sry... but its all a staged puppet show which is now coming to an end

@BabybooR33 Not anymore. There's not a ton of "back-patting" going on between true liberals and most conservatives. It's personal now. No president has been met with such disrespect and such pettiness and such adolescence as Obama has. He has been demonized from the beginning, blocked & stalled at every turn by righties. They're still blocking appointments, to the point Republican judges wrote and asked them to let some judges through, so they could get their job done.

@demmmmm1 as far as the entire political arena charade goes, its just like tv wrestling... they pretend to fight with each other in endless 'battles' but when the cameras are off they pat each other on the back & celebrate their acting, its all rigged

@BabybooR33 Well, to say that "government" is for or against anything is a shot in the dark, of course. My point, though, is that Democrats do tend to care about average people more. If you simply look at the legislative record, it's clear that Republicans serve the rich, and block anything that benefits middle-class or poor people. It's just fact.
So, does 'part' of our gov't care? Yes. And most of 'em are Democrats.
