@dragonfox312 dude download this ipsw and then run redsn0w then hit extras then open the select ipsw just select the one i just share with you go back and then hit jailbreak again it should work just fine

I'm stuck at "Waiting To Reboot" although my iPhone 4 does keep rebooting, it's just not working.
