Last week Andrew Dice Clay was cut loose. Joan Rivers delivers her check to God's Love We Deliver. Erin Burnett is the guest executive this week. Tony the CEO of Zappos.com is there to tell everyone that the project this week is to create a comic book superhero to represent the customer service of zappos.com. The project managers are Khloe Kardashian & Scott Hamilton. The winning team's Project Manager gets $20,000 for their charity. Each team has access to an artist, Editor & costumer. The ladies come up with Mizz Z & the men come up with EEE. Scott, Clint & Tom are having problems on the men's team. On the ladies team Joan & Annie continue to disagree & Melissa & Claudia have different ideas on who came up with the concept. Presentations - Claudia presents for the ladies & Tom presents for the men. The ladies win $20,000 for The Brent Shapiro Organization. In the Boardroom its obvious the Scott & Tom are not working well together but the men are split on who should be fired. Clint is even mentioned by Jessie. Scott takes Herschel & Tom into the final boardroom. It all comes down to the fact EEE was a terrible name for the men's character & Scott is fired. Next week-the teams must sell 250 wedding dresses, Rodman is MIA and George is back!

Ugh, I just wanted to punch some of those guys on Team Kotu. LET TOM GREEN do something! He's funny as hell and he was great during the presentation. I think the guys are totally underestimating and undermining what Tom can bring to the team.

Jesse James is awesome. He's my favorite right now. Totally chill, but also does so much for his team.

I completely agree with you guys. The project managers were not utilizing everyone's talents!! Tom Green needs some respect!! Melissa Rivers is totally getting on my nerves. I'm lovin' Jesse James. Right idea: Lay low :) Cant wait 'til next week.
