You can hear many of their from from their myspace website - mwkmusic (just google for midwest kings). Also if you are interested in Andy Skib's songs, there is the To Have Heroes MySpace website (Reasons is a very nice song).

Where did you get the pictures at :26 and 1:13? I absolutely love them. And the pictures of David being silly are hilarious!

I can't be sure because I got the pictures from different places and can't remember as to where exactly any particular picture might come from. Have a look in fans forums such as david-cook dotorg where huge number of pictures are posted in the picture section and you are more likely to find the pictures there. You need to wade through a lot of pictures to find what you wanted though, and beware of pop-up ads.

They get posted in various forums. Search the David Cook fan sites and you'll find most if not all of them, but you'll need to trawl through quite a few pages to see them though.

Gotta love these guys! They are all so talented. So glad that Neal and Andy are in the DC Band now with DC. They will have a great time, great experience. Andy will get great exposure, too.
