BaylorIC Worldwide Promotional Video

BaylorIC Worldwide (Formely known as BAYLORIC as seen in the video) is the brainchild of Cricket Development Officer Ingram Jones. Having taught cricket at schools and clubs in both the UK and Australia, Jones decided that the time was right to launch a brand that would allow his coaching philosophy to flourish.
From this decision came the birth of Baylor International Champions Worldwide. He established Baylor International Champions Worldwide - an organization that seeks to make a difference in the lives of both children and adults by providing sport and educational opportunities through cricket. BaylorIC Worldwide's mission is to "Create Champions on and off the Field."

Mr. Jones has been coaching for over 10 years and his coaching experience spans from working at local cricket clubs, to coaching at Lords and as part of the Middlesex staff, to coaching in private schools to individual coaching and training preparing players to play for county, district and country teams. He has also helped to develop adults who are transitioning into professional coaching.

Ingram, who has worked as a District Development Officer and worked in various communities worldwide setting up cricket academies, since 2003, has been leading teams to successful finals in Kwik cricket tournaments to league champions, as well as winning 1 day and 2 day titles with an adult 1st team.
The dove shown in this video is symbolic of freedom, which we at BaylorIC want all our players to be able to experience, so that they may more fully enjoy learning and playing cricket. We recognize that in todays digital world, many kids are at greater risk of an unhealthy lifestyle, while other kids might be tempted to make poor choices, leading to a life of hardship or crime. We want to make a REAL difference at BaylorIC by providing sport and educational opportunities for young people. In addition to coaching, BaylorIC Worldwide also seeks to encourage young cricketers to get involved with their local cricket club to continue their development and play league cricket.
