Isn't use of Depleted Uranium for military purposes as ammunition in wars to be qualified as Crime against humanity? Whilst explode creates 6.000 C. heath to melt any tank or metal. Its evaporation are poisoning particles are of 2 microns entering lungs. Used as aerosol in nano particles even more dangerous as so getting trough any tissue so body organs can not filter them and remain in body forever as in DNA.

A google news search of 'iraq war depleted uranium' returns a Navy Times story confirming the d.u. was used and has caused damage. Any Iraq/Afghanistan veterans will find this particularly interesting, if they haven't already been contacted by the V.A.

You claim to be in or from Afghanistan - if that is the case, obviously nanoparticles of depleted uranium have been changing the proteins in your brains into madness-inducing prions.

Oh please... I didn't have a Jesuit education, but I have the honesty of recognizing their qualities as well as their flaws. But if you don't find a desire for peace and a truthful scientific explanation noble, then you don't have a noble bone in your body. Whatever her philosophical and religious convictions may have been doesn't take an iota away from the truth and scientific accuracy of what she explained here. She obviously was a far better person than you could ever hope to be.

From "what religious doctrine" to "noble." You can deny and flip-flop all you like the facts are the facts. The Jesuits "We know better" attitude was instilled very well in you, also.

So what? Jesuits are the intellectuals and scientists, they don't reject science and are not dishonest about it. She is absolutely right, and her purpose is noble, whatever he religious affiliation. Since when is working for peace and disarmament is wrong, anyway? Shooting the messenger is dishonest and disingenuous, and that group doesn't aim to dissolve the constitutional government nor the entire US military.
