Canada has a healthy office development market, especially in downtown Toronto, says Paul Morse, senior vice-president and general manager and national practice director at Cushman & Wakefield Lepage.

Morse recently spoke at the CanaData Construction Industry Forecasts conference. He said a lot of tenants in Toronto want to be close to downtown and public transit facilities.

By 2014-2016, Cushman & Wakefield Lepage predicts two new office buildings in Toronto.
