I think that sometimes GB's looks get in the way of people calling him out to be the tremdendous actor he is. Look at this series...it was done how many years ago and he was still pretty new to the acting world, yet his performance was so solid and strong. When given great script, good co-acting, he really shines. He just needs to make some better choices. For instance, what was up with Nims Island? The perfect role is out there waiting for him. 300 was not that kinds of vehicle. Too corny

Yes, but you've gotta see things from her point of view - her husband's a domineering abusive bastard and, like she said, she "just wanted to get away, to breathe"... I think once she fell for Johnnie she thought "i'll tell him soon" but she kept getting too scared/nervous to do it and... well, we just saw the result. :P

Thanks for posting . I agree with what ceotupper just mentioned. I liked him way better in Dear Frankie & Phantom of the Opera .Those roles really bring out his passion & acting skills .Unlike 300 which gave him fame but not much acting wise .Just whole bunch of Visual Effects & actually a lil corny / tacky for my taste. He needs to do more films like POTO / Dear Frankie where the story just touches your soul @ so many different levels.
