@LoraSinger - Consider that the suction tube has an inside diameter of 1/4 inch. Just exactly how does one suction an entire baby through that? Canada doesn't have a legislated time limit,, however, this skull crushing thing is something that hasn't been done for years and has been replaced with medication and laminaria to bring on a regular labor with 90% of abortions being done before 12 weeks and usually earlier than that - as soon as there is a positive pregnancy test result.
