menicus is one of the cartilages in the knee joint...there are 2 menisci...lateral and medial..two cruciate ligaments..anterior and posterior

i currently just had an acl surgery, very painful but its turning out good so far. :) sister had it on both knees and is better than ever!

I had an ACL repair 10 years ago now. It was a painful recovery I will say! Thanks for sharing!

Damn, I've got the video of mine, but there is no sounds. It's really interesting to watch however. I tore my ACL, MCL, and Meniscus a couple of years ago, but it seems as though it's still improving, I'm surprising myself everyday with it.

i had a.c.l meniscus and cardalidge done and it never healed right. so now i have to get it done again!!!!
pretty much back to normal. because the doc used a cadaver ligament i was back on my feet without crutches within a week. no sports with bindings for 6 months but i was back surfing after 6 weeks. very happy with the results.
