@SssFiressS even if it never gets made, Craig Bartlett (the creator) said that he intended for Helga and Arnold to date (after the jungle movie), break up (but still be friends), and then get back together because "Arnold and Helga are meant for one another." Just read the details on wikipedia (search for "Arnold (Hey Arnold!)" )

@chaosami2: I know that. Ironic how that works. Millhouse stalks the 'toon equivalent of Craig's wife--that being Lisa Groening, the inspiration for Lisa Simpson--and Lisa herself comes up with Helga's mad love for Arnold, which in turn may've assisted in the way Angelica picks on Chuckie with Harold as her lackey, much like her mom Charlotte with her dad Drew & Charlotte's underling Johnathan, since Craig assisted Paul Germain in creating Angelica when writing for Rugrats.
