in benghazi city of libya ( east africa ) ... 4 people are died by speed in this accident , 50,000 of people dieing every year in libya by cars accidents ..

Anyway, 50,000 isn't an unheard of number -- same number die in the US on the roads every year as well. It's a common problem across the globe.

Basically, no matter how safe cars are we will never see the end of deaths on the road until we take the human factor out of it (e.g., let something else besides us flawed humans drive).

But good grief... that is a horrible crash.
