  • wrong wrong no oil on salads

  • Love Courtney (and you too Tim!). I embedded this video in my blog post too :)

  • Wow she's sooo beautiful.

  • @tkflowers Yeah, Or eat cheesburgers and pepsi and feel tyred and depressed , more and more as year pass by ... If U didn't try why do you say is bad ? U can find organic from a friend's garden or grow your own...Anyway if you had tryed fruits and vegetables you wouldn't said that. Salads or fruits are not more toxic than meat, the animal is eating tons of cereals with pesticides in it, after that you eat the meat wich is loaded ! :) Research first, speack after, act and choose informed.Bye !

  • this is the absolut tastiest thing ever...my boyfriend and i eat at least one a day...shes so right..it definitely has a cheesy taste...crazy.

  • just in case you did'nt know, u can't eat "just fruits and veggies" the soil is depleted of nutrients, has been since the 1940's. Plus we breath in all sorts of stuff like toxins and get them from a many sources. To just eat veggies, I juice, would require to to eat TONS of both all day every day.

  • I've been in lust with courtney since her first juice feast.

  • =))))))

  • I do this everyday! I mix the spirulina in with the oil first so the powder doesn't go everywhere. Cool! I'll try it with the H.F.N. product sometime.

  • Food science major here: Spurulina is a really cool algae. Some strains are actually comprised of 45% protein!! Wow isn't that great!! too bad none of that protein is availble in uncooked algae..... cooking destroys the individual cell walls and denatures the proteins, making that algae much more nutritious. What did i just say that cooking made food more nutritious!! OH MY GOD!!
