After some extensive research on this piece (googled the lyrics), I've concluded that the rapper is trying to convey to us that he both fucks bitches AND gets money. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that one of the main "themes" is how both bitches and money are constantly on his mind. When I finish my dissertation on the topic, I'll be sure to post it here.
