So I am about 3 weeks into the Acai training program and it looks like the progress is slowing down in the ab region but accelerating in the arms.
I am a Sport Jiu Jitsu competitor and my workouts are limited to plyometrics; pushups, situps, sparring, grappling, skipping rope, etc. NO WEIGHTS, NO OTHER SUPPLEMENTS, NO EQUIPMENT AT ALL.
My goal is to cut to 145 lbs from 150 lbs so that I may enter the light weight division at the World Kobudo Championships in Quebec on May 1st, 2010
