Automatic= 11.9 sec 0-100 KM/h

My 3rd gear can't go over 3500rpm/min, is that normal??

I have E34 520i too. Time 0:08 I can hear bad syncro. Is it the 3rd gear which says "krrr"? Mine does it too on 3rd gear if I use much revs and I change the gear too quickly.
