"The Hitch hiker" would definitely top my list. Inger Stevens really draws you in with her slow descent into panic, and then her revelation at the end. Classic.

To serve man is easily the most overrated episode of the series. The whole substance of the episode is built on a silly [English] pun.

I always thought the ending of "Will The Real Martian Please Stand Up" was the low point of the episode. Part of it was predictable and part of it was just thrown in to make it seem unpredictable. Great buildup though...
