Wii graphic pixel glitching

I'm taking this video just to show everyone what I'm talking about before I send the Wii back to Nintendo for the 2nd time. Same problem as before, but getting worse.

Only seems to affect the Wii menu in VC games, and 3D VC games (N64).

It starts to creep into my Wii disc games as well. :(

WiiConnect24 is the culprit. When I used to use it, my Wii was always HOT, even when powered off. Since I turned off WiiConnect, I've had no problems.

its because of a GPU problem right, i have the same problem on mi wii.

@axelmckaese2 We're still playing it, but sometimes it's pretty bad. I guess I'll have to see about trying to send it in sometime. But it's worse in some games than others. But yea, we see it on the wii menu as well sometimes. Kind of annoying..

@MKWgamer9000vr This TV is one of the best TVs on the market right now. I doubt its the TV itself, maybe its the adapter that i had to use to connect the Wii to my TV.

@MrGonev5 I see the glitches all the time, even in the main menu. It's very annoying and completely turned me off continuing Zelda SS for now.

I've had my Wii since 2007 and I first remember first seeing those annoying pixels by mid 2008. It seems to be most prominent on NES and Turbografx-16 games. (The home menu anyway.) Although I have noticed it when playing Animal Crossing and Wario Ware: Smooth Moves. Really annoying to look at, especially on WWSM. Strangely enough, I don't recall seeing those ugly pixels on later releases of VC NES titles such as Castlevania 3 and Blaster Master.

@axelmckaese2 Same issue here, tho I've been dealing with since I bought the Wii when it first came out. Some days is worse than others, but I'm seeing it alot onf Skyward Sword..

I'm having the same problems. Just got Skyward Sword and plugged the Wii into this Plasma TV for the first time. (My brother has been paying on this Wii for the past months on a Sony LCD)

Via component cables. I doubt overheating could be the issue, it has been turned off for weeks without Wiiconect24.

I have this problem now, after wiiconnect24 heat my wii, this afect more virtual console :-( n64 for years, gamecube for years, snes for years ... Wii is my first Nintendo console with problem !!!
