I also have Neurofibromatosis, I don't understand why people judge someone on how he or she looks like. Most importantly, how someone on the inside! Someone who looks different might as well do a good job, ass someone that looks normal.(sorry for my English)

i had a mate who was burned in a car accident and his face was disfigured but his whole personality changed, he became an alcoholic and would pick fights with people then he became a racist and would shout abuse, i stood by him and because people discriminated him it made him racist so i had a long chat with him told him it's wrong when the bullied become the bully and he's sought help and is getting on with his life despite being called a freak or A MINGER.

The problem is he thinks looks don't matter. I'm sorry. It's a business. If I run a store,I will hire attractive people to attract more people. If I hire a disfigured person, my business will suffer.
