Yep, I started back playin BB since PSU isn't really appealing to me anymore.

While I'll admit to not knowing anything about this game, its really quite embarrassing to fail to hit something that big.

The lock on system is lulz in PSOBB and you don't really have much freedom in aiming so unless you have an uber gun, you're gonna miss a good amount of times. It's manageable though.

I was planning on getting PSU soon for the 360 do you think the game is worth picking up.

If you were/are a hardcore PSO player, I'd recommend waiting for the latest expansion coming out for PSU this November. Rumor (never confirmed for myself) is that they're supposed to be making PSU like PSO:BB. But yeah, I'd wait if I were you.

No, but there's "evasion" which allows you to block with your equipped barrier. It's very helpful, but never depend on it--you'll definitely end up face-down!

There isn't a 'dodge' action. You just have to move out of the way.

I remember breaking my down key on my old keyboard from playing htis game :)

That wasn't the case with Fallout 1/2. You missing and your firearm's inability to pierce defenses were totally different.

I bet noone thought to do that for a while.

in most RPG games this is not considered a "MISS", but if you already played a real RPG (I mean with dices and stuff), then you know that a MISS on these games mean that your attack wasn't strong enough (or well aimed) to hit the enemy trough his defense. (means that this monster can have a really hard carapace, with straight lines where he can really be hit being harmed.)

that's all a matter of imagination.

The game is awesome, I remember the good old days of playing this. I am redownloading it.
