So 2 years later, mine has developed the rattle, not as bad as this one but bad non the less :( Time for a new exhaust perhaps an Invidia :)

Sounds like your resonator came unwelded inside, it's fairly common on Ti exhausts.

I just bought myself a 60rs I really hope this doesn`t happen to mine, I don`t think there are any Ti Welders in my city that could fix it if it got the rattles:O

Ok.... My exhaust for my EvoVIII probably cost 2times less then that but I dont have that problem. I would check all the bolts if thats not it I would go under car and have your friend rev it till you find the area it coming from... But im sure the poster solved this problem by now... almost sounds like the packed glass in the can to me...

firstly this is one of the greatest exhaust for the s2000. I highly doubt you have no idea what you are talking about. Secondly the exhaust has been fixed, and by fixed i mean a new one has been shipped to me.. it was a product defect. Nothing was hitting anywhere, no bolts were loose.. etc..

no sir, got it checked out by a few exhaust shops and its somthing broken in the rez....
j's is willing to fix it for me free.. i just pay shipping costs back 2 japan.
