haha pretty funny. my two juveniels do that some times. usually the male one but sometimes the female will reciprocate it.

My RES Started Doing This To The Plecco He Was Raised With At About A Year Old. Then One Morning I Woke Up To Find Eric The Turtle Eating The Plecco! It Was More Of A Territorial Thing I Guess

@illtriniboy - They have been together forever , the turtle was about the size of a tonnie when I got him and the fish was about the length of my pinky finger . They are best friends = )

Are you sure it isnt the other way around. There is no reason your female would get on top . Males have long nails and are usually smaller in size . Females are usually fatter and have really short nails if any. I think you have the sex mixed up ! ?
