While on holiday in April 2009 in Japan, I took the Shinkansen N700. I joined the train in Kyoto and travelled northeast to Tokyo.One of the main high lights of this journey was passing Mount Fuji.This was a 'dream' trip come true and I shall never forget it or the kind Japanese people who travelled with me.

It's a real big honor for you to even glance at my small collection I have.I always view your videos and the other big site is task force. You really have quite an investment in your collections.I had little opportunities to get the trains I have.otherwise I would had to pay almost double the price to send it here to the states. I know if I had these trains in my country I would have many more! But not anything like you two have.. I admire you two for what you have done.

Hi ddsaguing - You do your self a great big injustice!! I started about five years ago after seeing my grandson's Thomas & Friends layouts!!! I then went on to discover the wonderful world of Tomica & Plarail - Japan. Yes, the gear costs alot and I too find it hard it hard at times, to import the stuff from both Japan and Hong Kong - China! However, there are some great bargains out there and I try to do my best and keep all my costs down! All the best to you - plarailmike UK.

Its so sad that I produced this video and yet within hours the Japanese people were to experience their terrible twin disasters of both earthquake and tsunami in the Sendar - Northern Honshu!
My heart goes out to these wonderful people who appear to be at war with nature all the time, yet manage to come back stronger than before! plarailmike UK
