@Alba12349 Actually, "psychopath" or "sociopath" is not a diagnosis at all. Antisocial Personality Disorder is not the term to describe or label the person; it is the name of the disorder itself--aka, the diagnosis. So we're not trying to be "nice;" we're trying to be truthful.

Psychopaths and narcissists can SEEM very alike, but they are very different. If you know someone is a Narcissist, it is easy to deal with them since they have some very easily reachable weaknesses. This is not the case with Psychopaths. Narcissists Need to seem great, Psychopaths always feel they're great, it's in their nature, so to speak. - Your first statement is pure ignorance, my friend!... '^L^,
