I went to CP this past month, and rode the Dragster twice. The guy on the intercom said it happens a good number of times, mostly in the fall/winter time because of the cold. It's got to have more rollbacks than just 3 or 4, plus looking at the entire list of related videos on the side there. The odds that all of those videos were recorded from the same 3 rollbacks is crazy. Look at all the dates they were added to Youtube.

Ok, for everyone who wants to know... The ride is 420 feet tall (130m) and goes 120mph (190km/h) in 3.8 seconds. The ride is located at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio. The dragster is the second tallest roller coaster in the world, behind the Kingda Ka at Six Flags Great Adventure in New Jersey. It is one of only two stratacoasters in existence the other being the Kingda Ka. The train has rolled back a total of 3 times on the Top Thrill Dragster, and gotten stuck a total of 5 times, That is all.
