It's not a horn! that must be a siren as no horn can sound like this.

does it jsut plug right where the old OEM vw one went.

Alright, here's the quick instructions on how to do this, so I stop getting random emails.
buy a 12 volt, multi tone alarm horn, or use one from an existing alarm system.
Pry off your wiper arms. This can be the most frusterating part of the procedure.
Remove rain tray cover. You will see the secondary oem horn. disconnect it. Connect the alarm, Mount your new alarm horn on the wiper motor assembly mounts, facing down ward a bit to stop rain from getting in the alarm horn. re-assemble. brag.
