I now know that it was a mistake to ever call them. However I can't take it back...I will continue to fight for grandkids

In the video you state that you were in Texas for three months when CPS took custody of the children.

I hope someone considered the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Enforcement Act, UCCJEA. If you are residents of another state, TX is only allowed temporary emergency jurisdiction.

Did TX contact the home state and request the court to relinquish jurisdiction to Texas?

CPS did this to my grandchild as well. We took pix's and video taped it.. Blew up the pix's and forced the Judge to look at them.. We were fortunate enough to get the media involved. I was able to get my granddaughter back.. She is now home with her God Given parents where she belongs.

Fight with all you have... Don't give up!

Would you ask a wolf to watch over a raw piece of meat? Never EVER trust CPS. Do your best to handle it on your own. At no time, call CPS.

NEVER call CPS!  They are child kidnappers, and take babies and children from good, loving families and then put them in abusive foster hell-homes! Keep fighting and good luck. The government is not there to help you, only to take your money, your children and ruin your life.
