Capture to render was about 2 hours because of all the screwing around CS4 made me do. I had to jump from OnLocation to Premiere to the Media Encoder.
I really could have skipped OnLocation and just captured to Premiere I guess. Also make sure you start the project in a useable format for your footage (my camera is standard but I started with a widescreen project)
The actual editing, however, is much more elegant than Windows Movie Maker so once you know all the things that can trip you up and how to avoid them, CS4 really is great for complex edits. MM is great for simple cutting with as few assets as possible.
Also the final video size was like 10x larger and took 10x longer to upload. :-/
