  • Love this 5-minute cardio workout Joanna. Not sure whether it's meant to be a warm up to something else but it's great as it is to get me moving first thing in the morning or even to do at lunchtime when I've been sitting in front of the computer all morning.

  • I find this useful to do in the morning because it's short. There are harder workouts, but who can actually stick to them everyday? This one is more doable than the latest crazes.
