Roasted chicken breast wrapped in prosciutto with pumpkin puree and broccoli.

Ingredients
- Chicken breast (Supreme)
- 2 Prosciutto
- Pumpkin
- Broccoli
- Seasonings and herbs

1. Wrap breast in prosciutto (season breast lightly with pepper only).

2. Saute breast on one side till golden brown then finish in oven at 325f after turning.

3. Remove from oven, let rest for 2 minutes, then slice or cut in half and present with puree and vegetable.

Stuffing the breast with a farce or vegetable mixture is a variation.
