Back in the day, it was a "conspiracy theory" that there were nazi death camps. Not too long ago, it was a "conspiracy theory" to think cigarettes cause cancer. It was also a "conspiracy theory" to think the Gulf of Tonkin incident never happened, yet on the 40th anniversary of it, the Gov't declassified and confirmed it never happened. I could run though hundreds of examples high and low level. Conspiracies and cover ups are a part of mainline history. It's amazing how stupid some people are.

How can Dick Cheney order NORAD to “stand down” if he was never in charge of NORAD?
If WTC 7 was destroyed via controlled demolition, how do you explain firefighters predicting the building's collapse 7 hours in advance?
