How to: Downsize Stretched Ears (0g and below)

Just things I've learned and used to down size stretched ears.

Steps:
1. Take out the plug/pincher/tunnel/taper
2. Clean your ears
3. Grab the oil of your choice
4. Massage your ears and make them a light red
5. Repeat twice a day until your desired size

Things I recommend for cleaning:
Dial liquid soap
Salt Water Solution

Oils I recommend:
Bio Oil
Jojoba Oil
Vitamn E Oil (or tablet split open)
Aloe Vera Oil (known for healing and moisturizing)
Shea Butter (for softening, restructuring your ears, and heal the stretch marks)

**NOTE: You can use this for stretching your ears, healing a blowout, cat butt, OR downsizing. It works well for all.**
