@wwallender If you're seriously interested, I'd give it to you for like, $45. It's no good to me, and while the problem could simply be a bad PSU or something simple like that, it could also be something bigger. I really don't know, and I'll never use it. Shipping would be expensive though, the thing is pretty heavy. Unless you live in Virginia and want to pick it up, it will probably be around $40-$50 to ship. Message me if you're really interested in making a deal.
Great Video. A word of advice, beware of IBM x346 as they are power hogs. Their power supplies are rated at 685 Watts (there are usually 2 in the server). I currently have an IBM x336 which is the same as the x346 except it's a 1u instead of 2u and it's rated at 585 Watts which is a lot. The Dells are usually rated lower like 500 Watts. Either way I love IBM but they suck a lot of power thus not meant to b run at home but in a colocation data center. Anyways that's just my 2cents. Thumbs Up!
@dawgp0und Thanks, I am painfully aware of the power consumption. I'm being pretty strict with myself about using it, so I'm setting up some scheduling and such. By the way, I fixed my problem! For anyone else with a similar issue of not having RAID configuration options, you just need to get the IBM Serverguide and configure your RAID with it.
