  • Once i stopped consuming dairy products my asthma cleared up entirely and i haven't had an asthma attack since becoming vegetarian.

  • @101011001 - That is really cool! I had never thought about it, but I have had 2 asthma attacks in the 10 years I have been vegan - both times I was sick (bronchitis/pneumonia). I used to have to be admitted to the hospital at least once a week - it's amazing to me, that I never put the 2 together. =)

  • oh yes, I stopped getting drawn out colds, ear infections are gone! sinuses infections gone, etc when I remove dairy. My hubby had leukemia as a kid. he doesnt drink milk now bc of intollerance, but I wonder if stopping milk actually is why leukemia didnt come back. His mom forced cow milk on him as a baby and thats when he developed it. people notice when they stop drinking pus, their pussy zits go away. really, try it. give it time. hormones in milk take a while to get out of ur system too.

  • @101011001 I also noticed when I cut out dairy years ago I never got another ear infection. I used to get them all the time and would just get put on antibiotics and months later I would get another one. It was getting so bad that I looked and unconventional treatments and found many others link dairy to this as it is so mucus forming.
