Oblivion money glitch for ps3 and xbox 3600

Sorry for bad quality This is a video on how to get lots of money on Oblivion works for PS3 and Xbox360 unsure for the pc.
First step.Go to the Talos Plaza District in the imperial city.
second step.go to dorian's house and bribe him.
third step.paralyze him and loot him.
fourth step.take da money :)
