Longest title! But that's what the song's called.
We all know Eggman's (aka Robotnik) pretty smart, but let him tell you just how much.
Our school did Pirates of Penzance, and the kid who did this was incredible. Very hard song to sing. However, Eggman has time between global domination plans.

This is extremely silly and awesome for it. It does seem like Robotnik is very skilled with robotics and somehow procuring materials for everything he creates... but he keeps failing at every scheme he tries because of certain wild cards. Thus: smart, but not wise.
