Natural and Organic Grocery Store Goodies for CHEAP

We went grocery shopping at Sun Flower Farmers Market and brought home about 6 FULL bags of groceries and spent LESS than $200 bucks. Most of the food we bought was organic and natural. Typically we'd spend anywhere from $300 to $500 on food.

Sun Flower Farmers Market is a great alternative to Whole Foods Market as they carry the same food but at a fraction of the cost. Plus they have their own store brand food that's natural and organic for cheaper prices.

Every Wednesday they have "double coupon" Wednesday where the sales from the previous week overlap with the sales for the following week. Each sale begins and ends on Wednesday. Thus, that's a great time to shop so you can get DOUBLE the sales through out the store.
