Marion Barber Blows it for Bears

Marion Barber had two lapses in an unforgettably heart breaking loss for the Bears, 13-10 in overtime. Matt Prater hit field goals from 59 and 51 yards while Robbie Gould hit one from 57 yards. Tim Tebow hit Demaryius Thomas late in the fourth quarter, and Barber did not stay in bounds to run out the clock. In overtime, Barber fumbled, which led to the gamewinner from Prater.

I watched this for 1 minute and 45 seconds to see the play where barber stepped out of bounds. All I got was this video of still pics and this jackass's face. Guess I'll watch the video of the dude cell phone taped on his DVR. Ugh

@deadflowers15 If you guys want to, start writing to the NFL and tweeting at commissioner Roger Goodell. We would LOVE to show clips, unfortunately, the NFL enforces their strict copyright laws to whoever decides to put footage in their clip.

Yeah this game dove me crazy. I really got pissed at all the headlines like "the bears got tebowed". Really? Well first of all Tebow didn't win the game, it was Denver's kicker. Second, if you need to go to overtime to beat the bears with Cutler out, Forte out, a crappy offensive line, no wide receivers, then I'm really not impressed with Jesus' magic. At least Angelo got fired. Hopefully the Bears hire someone competent, but knowing the McCaskeys they won't

@MD3c0 Had Lovie Smith instructed Marion Barber to just dance around as long as he could and then go down, the Broncos would not have gotten the ball back until there was less than 25 seconds left...barring a total special teams breakdown, that would only be time for 1 or 2 plays.

to be fair, they weren't going to run out the clock (assuming they didn't get the first down on the next play) because it was second down, so they could've taken about 1:20 off of the clock, but not all 2 minutes. but point taken, it was horrible awareness by barber.

Thomas was open for TD, because the defender came up to stop Tebow, who looked like he was running, but passed it before reaching the line of scrimmage. That what a threat like Tebow does.
