We exist there untill an opportunity arises to be attracted, either to the loving service of the Lord or to the glitter of this world. Even that is considered to be fate rather than a conscious decision. Our goal should be to purify our hearts of everything but pure and unconditional Love for Radha Krsna. Once that state is reached there is no difference between this world and the next, as one certainly leads to the other.

You should first get your facts together about the origin of the Jiva. The theory of falling from the spiritual world is condemned Gaudia Vaishnavas. Who could believe that anything other than Pure Love exists in that realm? What would be the point of going somewhere where the possibility of falling from there exists?
The Jivas are Tatasta shakti and come from Sri Baladevas Plenary portion Karanadaksayi. We exist there in a state similar to the semen in this world; covered consciousness.
