    Probably both. Porsche 911s have quite a far back center of gravity, but as far as the consistency of the steering goes on the Hammerhead Eagle I-Thrust, it's a disaster.

    It's still faster than on bike or on foot... or a certain electric commuter car that the Top Gear team was trying to beat when they built this kludge...
