Well, dunno about the title either, but the opening chords ( i - VI - i ) are the harmony for Chopin's Funeral March, minus the inversions. So...sounds like death?

I believe that Wray composed this tune after seeing footage of the Vietnam War on TV in 1969. I have toyed with the idea of making a montage of footage from the Nazi deathcamps, Hiroshima/Nagasaki with "Genocide" on the soundtrack.
