ใช่กู้ภัยชุดนี้ป่าวครับ กู้ภัยหยาดฟ้าเชียงใหม่ ... ที่ มีเหตุ ว.40 รถชนเสาไฟฟ้า แล้ว บาดเจ็บ2ราย ช1 ญ1(สาหัส) ... แล้ว ทรัพย์สินส่วนตัวเขาหาย เงินสด 10,000 กว่าบาท โทรศัพมือถือ BlackBerry 2เครืื่อง ... (พอโทรเข้ามือถือ ปรากฏว่า ปิดเครื่อง โดนถอดซิมการ์ด ซึ่งไม่ควรถอดซิมอยู่แล้ว ) พอไปถามร้อยเวร ร้อยเวรก็บอกไม่ได้รับแจ้ง หึหึ  ถ้าจำวันที่ไม่ผิด เมื่อ 20 ตุลาคม 2554 ครับ เสียชื่อ กู้ภัยหมด ... !!!

Compression is a little bit too fast.. let the chest fully recoil to create auto suction at 30/2 ratio and switch every 2 min to prevent tiring... ..but overall you guys are great!!

Nice job... as a BLS unit, you request for ALS unit while providing ABC support, that's good!! anyway, recent research recommends scoop and run by BLS as a priority, i hope this has already made us changed.

Well done guys dont let anyone tell you any different just remember what I taught: A - Control early- dont forget the oxygen and the C-spine control

B- Bag

C- get the wide bores in Saline push through - get the monitor on and run- you can defib, if needed etc in the van just go, no more than 1 minute on scene okay- you need to get hime to ED he may need a pericardiocentesis or thoracotomy xxx

probably its unwitnessed cardiac arrest patient? but why checking the pulse at femoral? Carotid is enough!!!! Why do you have to cover the wound in the first place it is not bleeding profusely? Your priority is to revive the pulse, and after 2 minutes CPR on site if still no pulse then its a load and go situation and continue CPR enroute to hospital.
