Martorano's Grand Opening at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino - Hollywood

Martoranos Italian-American Kitchen at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood celebrated its grand opening in fantastico style Thursday night. The festivities including a parade by the Philadelphia Mummers Polish American String Band, over-the-top elaborate décor including cabaret dancers, models frozen in giant ice blocks and cooking demonstrations by celebrity cook Steve Martorano. Attending the festivities and joining Steve Martorano in his kitchen to prepare a few of his famous meatballs were Michael The Situation Sorrentino from the MTV show Jersey Shore, Kelly Bensimon from Bravos Real Housewives of New York, Miami Dolphins stars Dan Marino & Jason Taylor, Frank Vincent from the former hit HBO Show The Sopranos, Buddy Morton, owner/partner of Martoranos Italian-American Kitchen, Steve Martorano, celebrity cook and owner/partner in Martoranos Italian American-Kitchen and many more.

Martoranos Italian-American Kitchen is designed as the ultimate dining experience where the magic of great food and music unfold. Guests can expect a friendly atmosphere accented with music, classic movies and more. The 7,400-square-foot restaurant seats 300 inside and outside and features white Italian marble bar tops, a mozzarella bar complete with an antique Italian prosciutto slicer and nostalgic artwork and photos of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Mario Lanza intermingled with Steve Martoranos own personal family and celebrity photos.
