CNN Mirror Lakes Berlin

Day three of our Germany tour with the 'Mirror Lakes' installation. See how we built up a 'lake' out of 2,500 mirror plates at the Gendarmenmarkt in Berlin. Following Frankfurt am Main and Dresden, Berlin was the last stage of a tour through three German cities. The 400m² lake of mirror plates gives passers-by a multi-layered new perspective on their surroundings as it evokes new perceptions of the everyday.

The installation promotes the new German Facebook Profile of CNN International as well as the weeklong TV special "i-List: Germany" which showcases the nation's wide ranging influence in business, commerce and technology as well as culture and sport to a worldwide audience. German viewers will get a new, international perspective on their home country.
